Big Rig Friendly RV Park Tennessee Travelers Can Access With Ease
Quick Answer: Searching for a big rig friendly RV park Tennessee travelers trust near I-40? Parkers Crossroads RV Park & Campground offers pull-thru RV sites, accommodations for rigs approaching 80 feet, full hookups, level access, 50/30/20 amp service, and quieter surroundings designed for smoother arrivals and more comfortable overnight stays.
Many RV parks simply were not designed with oversized rigs in mind.
At Parkers Crossroads RV Park & Campground, we’ve worked to create a campground layout that feels far less stressful for drivers hauling large fifth wheels, diesel pushers, toy haulers, and Class A motorhomes.
Located near Interstate 40 in West Tennessee, our campground gives travelers easier access without forcing them into the noise and congestion many interstate RV parks create.
Pull-Thru RV Sites Tennessee Drivers Can Navigate More Comfortably
After several hours behind the wheel, maneuverability matters.
Many travelers arrive here exhausted from traffic, fuel stops, weather conditions, or long interstate stretches.
The last thing most drivers want is a difficult parking situation waiting at the end of the day.
Many of our sites are designed to support:
- pull-thru accessibility
- wider maneuvering areas
- easier turning approaches
- simpler leveling
- smoother exits the next morning
Guests traveling with:
- large fifth wheels
- diesel pushers
- oversized travel trailers
- toy haulers
- Class A coaches
- trucks towing cargo
…often appreciate how much less stressful setup feels here compared to tighter campground layouts.
Large RV Sites Tennessee Travelers Need for Longer Rigs
Not every campground can comfortably handle oversized RV setups.
Several sites at our campground can accommodate rigs approaching 80 feet in combined length, which makes the property especially useful for larger touring setups.
That flexibility helps travelers avoid:
- cramped parking rows
- difficult repositioning
- tight campground circulation
- backing complications
- awkward site angles
Many guests specifically search for a big rig friendly RV park Tennessee travelers can enter confidently without worrying about whether their rig will actually fit once they arrive.
We understand that concern.
Easy Access RV Park Tennessee Travelers Appreciate Near I-40
Convenience becomes more valuable when you’re hauling a larger coach.
Our campground sits roughly one mile from Interstate 40 at Exit 108, making the transition from highway travel to the campground easier.
Guests often appreciate:
- quicker interstate access
- reduced city driving
- less traffic congestion
- easier fuel-stop planning
- simpler morning departures
For travelers moving between Nashville and Memphis, the location often serves as a convenient overnight midpoint break that reduces fatigue without disrupting travel schedules.
Full Hookup Big Rig RV Camping Tennessee Travelers Can Rely On
Reliable hookups become essential when larger RVs are running multiple systems simultaneously.
Every RV site includes:
- water hookups
- sewer hookups
- 50 amp service
- 30 amp service
- 20 amp service
- WiFi access
- level site access
- propane availability
Many large motorhomes require dependable electrical support during Tennessee summers when air conditioning systems remain in continuous use.
Stable infrastructure helps travelers settle in faster and recover more comfortably after a demanding travel day.
Big Rigs Need Recovery Time Too
A surprising number of campgrounds focus almost entirely on maximizing occupancy.
We’ve tried to focus on how the property actually feels once travelers stop moving.
Many guests tell us they value:
- quieter evenings
- less campground congestion
- easier nightly routines
- cleaner surroundings
- calmer pacing after setup
That slower atmosphere matters after driving a large vehicle through heavy interstate traffic for hours at a time.
Instead of overwhelming resort-style activity, travelers often discover a more relaxed environment that helps them decompress before continuing their trip.
Family-Owned Hospitality Makes a Difference During Arrival
Large RV arrivals sometimes require patience, guidance, or quick problem-solving.
Because we’re a family-owned campground, guests often experience a more personal level of assistance during check-in and setup.
It’s common for us to:
- help guide site entry
- answer parking questions
- recommend easier approaches
- assist with hookups if needed
- share local dining recommendations
That local involvement creates a noticeably different arrival experience than many larger commercial campgrounds provide.
Overnight RV Stop Tennessee Travelers Can Actually Rest At
Some interstate campgrounds feel more like truck parking areas than places to recharge.
We wanted something different.
Many guests choose our campground because it offers:
- quieter nighttime conditions
- roomier spacing
- less traffic noise
- practical amenities
- easier access to nearby essentials
For road-trippers, retirees, snowbirds, and cross-country RV travelers, a more restful overnight stop often becomes one of the most important parts of the journey itself.

We only stayed for one night and wished we could have stayed longer! An absolutely amazing campground. The sites are large and graveled. Surrounded by trees so it feels like you’re tucked in, & it’s very peaceful and quiet. HUGE pond stocked for fishing . The park was full of beautiful Christmas lights which was a nice added touch. The owners were extremely helpful and kind- they guided us to our site and helped us pull in. We loved the camp store- where you can find general camping items & snacks and also handmade items from the owners. This is a wonderful place and we would recommend to anyone staying short term or long term. My only complaint is that they charge an extra fee for extra vehicles on your site ($10 for a night), which I thought was odd.Posted on Google John KanyoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Beautiful campground and fantastic owners! We were here for November and December and could not have been happier! Higher recommend!
